Dog Food Information

We feed a Raw diet to our dogs and puppies. We do NOT mix dry food with raw meat in the same feeding as the stomach uses different enzymes to digest the different foods, and raw digests much faster then dry food. So if a dog eats both raw meat and kibble in the same meal, the dry food slows down the digestion process of the raw and can cause digestive distress when mixed together.

*** Mixing raw vegetables, greens and fruits with kibble is fine, it is actually more then fine. It is better then feeding just kibble. See videos below.

***NOTE: Please refrain from feeding Poultry (Turkey and especially Chicken) until your pup is at least  6 months old, because of the risk of salmonella, campylobacter and coccidiosis.

Did you know that dogs are not living as long as they should? Did you know diabetes is up 900%? Did you know the obesity epidemic is up 60% and that statistic continues to climb? Did you know 1 in 2 dogs today will die of cancer? Did you know 90% of ALL cancer cases are the results of lifestyle and environmental influences?
The good news is 40% of ALL Cancers can be PREVENTED by food! Did you know you can DOUBLE your dogs life if you change your dogs diet? You can EVEN slow down/halt/reverse cancer! You can also decrease cancer by 90% JUST by adding fresh food to their daily diet!
Does your dog have allergies? Diabetes? Cancer? Yeast infections? Joint or ear problems? Or suffer from obesity?
Are you feeding Fido a kibble? Even a high end, expensive, grain free kibble???

If you are, you are feeding your dog sugar and you probably don't even know it. Chances are your dog's diet consists of more then 50% sugar.

There has never been a better time to research what we are putting into our dogs bowls then right now.

Do Your Offer Your Dog Raw Meat and Bones? ?? ??

Raw meat and appropriate edible and recreational raw bones can be beneficial to dogs, especially for their dental health. ?? Several studies demonstrate that raw bones can help remove tartar buildup in pets without causing tooth root fractures or enamel damage. ?? ?

?? Keep these 3 important rules in mind when giving your dog a bone:

1?? The bone must be raw.
2?? It must be the appropriate size for the dog.
3?? Supervise your dog while they’re working on a bone.

? Chewing on raw meat and bones, recreational raw bones and/or a fully digestible, high-quality dental dog chew helps reduce plaque and tartar accumulation in your pet’s mouth. ? A minimally processed, nutritionally optimal diet, regular brushing and receiving oral care from a veterinarian are also important in helping keep your pet’s teeth in optimal health.
